Assessment:

 

If you are new to my practice and booking for the first time, please book an ASSESSMENT. The cost is $150.00 CAD and the duration is 30-45 minutes. 

During the assessment, we'll work together to identify your specific fitness goals and create a realistic timeline for achieving them. From there, I'll develop a personalized program tailored to your needs and objectives, providing a clear roadmap to help you reach your desired outcome. This way, you'll know exactly what to expect and how to get there.

30 Minute Coaching Session

 

In our thirty-minute coaching session, we'll work together to explore a series of poses designed to help you master my technique.

I'll provide personalized guidance and feedback as we go through each pose, ensuring you feel confident and comfortable. By the end of our session , you'll have a clear understanding of the technique and will be assigned a tailored practice to help you continue improving on your own until our next session.

45 Minute Coaching Session

 

A forty-five minute coaching session is designed for clients who need a more in-depth review or are having trouble grasping specific poses or techniques. This extra time allows us to work through challenges and refine your understanding, ensuring you feel confident and proficient in your practice.

We'll use this session to target areas where you need extra support, helping you break through any plateaus and achieve your goals.

To get the most out of our work together and achieve the ultimate results you're looking for, I recommend investing in a package.

This will allow us to build a strong foundation, track your progress and make adjustments as needed. With a package, we'll be able to work together consistently, ensuring that you master the poses and techniques, and see lasting changes. By committing to this series of sessions, you'll be giving yourself the best chance to reach your goals and experience the full benefit of my practice.
