Hours and Cancelation Policy
My hours of operation are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. You’ll receive a response during these hours.
If you’re in prep for a show and sending weekly check-ins, I will respond over the weekend to help you get ready for your show.
I kindly request that clients provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling made outside of this 48-hour window will unfortunately be non-refundable and non-interchangeable, meaning I won’t be able to reschedule the appointment for another time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me maintain a smooth and efficient scheduling process.
